It's probably much more convenient (and easier) to post individual passport-like photos if there is the need to show the faces of those who manage different departments. All you have to do is take individual photos... smiling and a good background. It's that simple and it will look much better... they all too serious and awkward... don't you think?

Agreed, in principle they look awkward, in the picture they look very stiff. I guess both stifness and awkwardness complement each other very well.
